Our stay at the park was truly enjoyable, especially for families. The cabin we had was modern and fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were fantastic with plenty of activities for the kids. However, we did experience some distance from certain facilities, which became a hassle during rainy weather. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we would definitely return.

My stay at this park hotel was quite memorable, set in a charming bush setting with fantastic amenities for families, including great pools and a fabulous water park. However, I did encounter serious cleanliness issues that detracted from my overall experience, particularly in terms of room hygiene. On the positive side, the friendly staff and complimentary yoga class were highlights. It's definitely a great place for families, but I hope they address the maintenance concerns soon.

I had high hopes for this park given the amount of excitement built around it, but it sadly didn't meet my expectations. While the site we were allocated was spacious and enjoyable, the amenities were severely lacking and often dirty. The kids did love the water park, but the pools needed better maintenance. The overall experience was mixed, with some positives balanced by significant downsides.

The camp kitchen was okay, but the tables weren't suitable for children, making it tough for family meals.

We enjoyed a family camping experience with plenty of space and clean facilities, but were disappointed that some advertised amenities, like the pizza service and yoga sessions, weren't available during our stay. Although the location is nice and the park is well-kept, the cleanliness of the amenities left much to be desired, with issues like empty soap dispensers and dirty laundry rooms. Overall, it was a good but not ideal family getaway.

I had a rather disappointing experience at Discovery Parks Byron Bay, especially with the standard cabin we booked. While there were some positive aspects, like the nice pool area, the state of the cabin we initially received was quite shocking, making it a challenge to enjoy our stay. We ended up leaving early due to the condition and lack of essentials. I wouldn't recommend the standard cabins here, but the upgraded ones may be a better option if you can forego the parking for a motorbike.
Rooms

The standard cabin was in terrible condition, with issues like mould and broken fixtures, but the upgraded cabin we were offered was much nicer and comfortable.
Service

Check-in was smooth, and while reception offered an upgrade, the lack of suitability for motorbike parking was frustrating.
Location

The park is situated about a 30-minute walk from Byron Bay, which is nice for exploring, but it can be a bit inconvenient at night without proper lighting.
